Can someone else come to the Expo and collect my cycling number bib?

It is advisable for Amateur and Green Category participant to collect his/her cycling BIB personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such a cyclist can send his/her representative to collect cycling bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect a cycling bib on behalf of more than cyclist. The authorized representative must carry with him/her Printout of website confirmation/ original acceptance letter, Photocopy of photo-identity proof (of the representative and the confirmed participant),
